Paul Simon's piece has a Mmm Bum, Mmm Bum rhythm. Toccata on the other hand goes Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh Duh. These rhythms are both very up beat, and have a fast tempo. "Sure Don't Feel Like Love" has the drums carrying the melody, and Toccata has the melody being carried by the violins.
